02Personal data processed
When you reach us through the contact form on our website, by e-mail or by phone, the following data may be processed:

04Method of collection and legal basis
Your personal data is collected in electronic form, by partly automated means, through the contact form on our website, by e-mail and by phone. This data is processed on the following legal bases set out in article 5(2) of the KVKK:
- Being directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract (sub-paragraph c): your quotation and order requests
- Compliance with a legal obligation of the data controller (sub-paragraph ç)
- The legitimate interest of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject (sub-paragraph f): answering your request and information security
05Transfer of data
Your personal data may be transferred to the recipients below, limited to the purposes above and in line with articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK:
- Service providers: The hosting and visit statistics service for our website (Cloudflare) and the form service that delivers the contact form messages to us by e-mail (Web3Forms). Because the servers of these providers are located abroad, your data is transferred abroad when you visit the site and submit the form.
- Our e-mail service provider: The corporate e-mail service that receives your messages.
- Competent public institutions and bodies: Only where requested as required by legislation.
Your data is not shared with or sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
06Retention period
Your personal data is kept for the period necessary for the purpose for which it is processed and for the limitation periods laid down in the relevant legislation. Once those periods end, it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
07Your rights
Under article 11 of the KVKK, by applying to the data controller you have the right to:
- Learn whether your personal data is processed,
- Request information about it if it has been processed,
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose,
- Know the third parties to whom it is transferred inside the country or abroad,
- Request that it be corrected if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly,
- Request that it be deleted or destroyed within the conditions of article 7 of the KVKK,
- Request that correction, deletion and destruction operations be notified to the third parties to whom the data was transferred,
- Object to a result against you arising from analysis carried out exclusively by automated systems,
- Claim compensation if you suffer damage because of unlawful processing.
08How to apply
In line with the Communiqué on the Principles and Procedures of Application to the Data Controller, you can submit your requests regarding your rights:
- In writing to our address above, together with information and documents establishing your identity,
- To [email protected] using a secure electronic signature, a mobile signature or the e-mail address you have previously notified to us and which is registered in our system.
Your application is concluded free of charge within thirty days at the latest, depending on its nature. Where the process requires an additional cost, the fee in the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged.
09Cookie policy
Cookies are small text files that the website you visit saves in your browser. Our site does not use cookies for advertising, marketing or visitor tracking (analytics).

These records are kept in your browser's local storage, contain no personal data and are not sent to our server.
Third-party services
- Google Maps: The map on our contact page is served by Google. When the map loads, Google may use its own cookies and your IP address is transmitted to Google. For details, see the Google Privacy Policy.
Visit statistics
We measure how many times our site is visited and which pages draw interest with Cloudflare Web Analytics. This service uses no cookies and does not track you across sites; your visits are reported only as aggregate numbers. During measurement your IP address and browser information are processed by Cloudflare, but that information is not passed on to us at an individual level.
So that the same visitor is not counted several times in one day, our site also runs a daily unique visitor counter. This counter uses no cookies and writes nothing to your browser. Your IP address and browser information are turned into an irreversible digest (a cryptographic hash) together with a random value that is generated for that day only and deleted the next day; only that digest is stored on our server. Because the random value is deleted when the day changes, the digest cannot be traced back to a person and your visits cannot be linked across days. This processing rests on our legitimate interest in information security and in measuring the use of the website (KVKK art. 5/2-f). The counter transfers no data abroad; it is held on Cloudflare infrastructure in a space only we can access.
How can you manage cookies?
From your browser settings you can view, delete or block cookies and site data. If you block cookies, our site keeps working; only your theme preference will not be remembered and the map may not be displayed.
